Terms & Conditions
At B Fitness Asia Sdn. Bhd. (1204067-X), its subsidiaries and affiliates including Babel Academy, Babel Dance, Euphoria and Tone operating under the Babel brand (collectively known as “Babel”), we have adopted policies, procedures, rules and regulations, terms and conditions ("T&C") designed to provide for the safe, enjoyable and healthy use of our premises and events for our members and trial members, guests, purchasers, customers or users (collectively known as "Guest"). These T&C shall apply to your conduct within Babel's premises, which include its fitness centres, studios, all outdoor areas, including its swimming pool, parking lots, sidewalks and all other premises within the ownership or licensed control of Babel (collectively known as "Premises"). They also apply to your conduct during its programmes, training, workshops, events or other activities off the Premises involving Babel (collectively known as "Events").
The following terms & conditions govern the rights and obligation of Babel and members thereof:
I. MONTHLY | HALF YEARLY | YEARLY MEMBERSHIPS
1) MEMBERSHIP

Unless and otherwise stated in this T&C herein, Membership is personal to the individual signed up and is non-assignable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

The Management reserves the right to decline any membership application of the Club for any reason whatsoever.
-
Monthly Members are required to pay a Joining Fee as specified in the Membership Registration Form.
-
Joining Fees and Membership Fees are NOT refundable upon termination of membership for any reason whatsoever.
2) REFUND AND FEE POLICIES
-
Membership fees, joining fees, and personal training session fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, except where mandated by law. This includes, but is not limited to:
-
Member termination for any reason;
-
Unused personal training sessions; or
-
Facility closures, temporary disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.
-
Refund requests are only considered in cases of billing errors or as required by law. All requests must be submitted in writing to hello@babel.fit and are subject to management approval.
3) FREEZING
-
Members MUST email to hello@babel.fit to freeze his/her membership at least seven (7) days prior to the start date of the freeze period with a MINIMUM term of two (2) weeks.
-
Complimentary freezing weeks will be given in accordance to membership packages stipulated in the Membership Registration Form.
-
Subsequent freezing by weeks will be charged a minimal freezing fee in accordance with the Membership Registration Form.
-
NO BACK DATE freezing will be allowed, all freeze requests MUST be emailed seven (7) days prior to freezing start date. The Membership will be reactivated automatically after the freezing period, unless a freeze extension is requested via hello@babel.fit.

Members who purchase the 1 Month Introductory membership and 1ON1 PT are not eligible for any freezing.
-
The freezing request date can start from any date and members are unable to access the gym during the freezing period.
-
For the avoidance of doubt, PT sessions expire based on the purchased package terms (e.g., 1 month or 3 months). Freezing requests for PT sessions must align with the membership freezing policy, requiring a minimum two-week freeze and a 7-day notice via email.
4) CANCELLATION
-
The Member must email to hello@babel.fit to cancel his/her membership stating the reason for cancellation.
-
Cancellation requests must be made at least seven (7) days prior to the next billing date.
-
The Member is required to settle all outstanding payments and return the membership card before cancellation can occur.
-
Cancellation of any membership with a minimum contract period will incur a cancellation fee of RM350.00. All memberships are subject to auto-renewal and will not be automatically canceled upon completion of the membership contract.

Babel reserves the exclusive right, at its sole discretion, to terminate the membership of any individual and restrict or prohibit their future access to Babel’s facilities and services. Such action may be taken if the member is found to have violated Babel’s policies, the terms in the T&C herein or if their conduct is deemed unlawful, unethical, or detrimental to the safety, reputation, or operational integrity of Babel.

Grounds for termination and restriction of access include, but are not limited to, acts of misconduct, harassment, non-payment of fees, unauthorized use of proprietary materials, or any behavior that contravenes applicable laws, regulations and/or Babel policies.
II. PERSONAL TRAINING
1) PERSONAL TRAINING SERVICES
-
All personal training sessions purchased by Members are subject to the T&C outlined herein, as well as the Personal Training Agreement, which must be signed separately at the time of purchasing PT packages.
-
Babel Fitness Instructors/Trainers are not licensed medical professionals and are without expertise to diagnose medical conditions or impairments. The Member agrees to promptly and fully disclose to Fitness Instructor/Trainer or any authorized representative, employee, agent, or personnel of Babel any injury, condition or impairment which may have a deleterious effect on or be impacted by the personal training program. The Fitness Instructor/Trainer is entitled under this Agreement herein to discontinue training in the event of the discovery of any condition which presents or likely to present any adverse risks or threats to the health or safety of the member, the Fitness Instructor/Trainer and/or others. For the avoidance of doubt, the Fitness Instructor/Trainer reserves its right to deny or discontinue services if it is discovered that the Member has any medical conditions, illnesses, or impairments that were not previously disclosed and that pose a potential threat to the health and safety of the Member, the Trainer, and/ or others.

The fee for the personal training services is payable in advance of Sessions in one lump sum at least (3) three days prior to the scheduled session appointment. Payments should be made at the Customer Service Counter or via The Babel App. The member will not be allowed to pay the Fitness Instructor/Trainer directly for a session.

As marked in the Personal Training Package Section in this Agreement herein, all sessions possess an ‘End Date’ or 'Expiration Date'. In the event that the purchased Personal Training Package is not fully utilized prior to the "Expiration Date," any and all outstanding and remaining sessions shall be deemed forfeited.
-
The time of sessions is to be agreed upon between the trainer and the member. You must arrive on time for the scheduled appointment. If you arrive late by any chance, do understand that your session will end at the originally scheduled time.
-
The member must give a twenty-four (24) hour cancellation notice. It is required for rescheduling or cancelling of any and all individual Sessions. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the sessions and no sessions or payment reimbursement will be granted.
-
Any tardiness of more than 15 minutes or absence without proper notification will result in the forfeiture of the session and no sessions or payment reimbursements will be granted. All one-on-one personal training sessions will start and end no more than allocated time, as per purchased package (1 hour session or 30 minutes session).

In the event that the assigned Fitness Instructor/Trainer cancels the session within the 24-hour notice period, Babel shall ensure that a substitute Fitness Instructor/Trainer of the same Tier is provided for the affected session(s)

In the event that the Member is dissatisfied with the services of the assigned Fitness Instructor/Trainer, and upon providing substantiated and reasonable grounds for such dissatisfaction, the member may request for a different Fitness Instructor/Trainer of the same tier, subject to Babel’s discretion and availability and agreement of the said Fitness Instructor/Trainer.

All personal training package fees are non-refundable, irrespective of whether the member is unable or failed to complete sessions or all of the session(s) in the program. There shall be no refund of any monies paid to Babel by the member in any event whatsoever.

You are responsible to verify every session with the Fitness Instructor/Trainer by signing a Confirmation of Conducted Personal Training Sessions form (COC).
-
Babel reserves the right to assign a different Fitness Instructor/Trainer to you at any time without prior notice.
-
Babel reserves the right to offer personal training packages at varying rates and terms without prior notice. Prices may be subject to change from time to time; however, any such changes shall not affect the rates or terms of packages already purchased by Members prior to the effective date of the changes.

The Fitness Instructor/Trainer expressly states that individual results may vary due to several factors, including but not limited to the Member's body type, nutrition, lifestyle, and adherence to the training program. As such, no specific results, outcomes, or timelines are guaranteed. The Member acknowledges that the achievement of any fitness goals is dependent on their personal effort and commitment, and that the Fitness Instructor/Trainer cannot be held responsible for any lack of progress.

Proper nutrition and adequate rest are essential to this training program and member must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol at any time during the training session.
-
During each session you are required to wear appropriate athletic footwear and loose, comfortable clothing to facilitate ease of movement. Babel reserves the right to deny the commencement of the session should the attire or clothing is deemed to be inappropriate and/or may pose a physical risk to the Member and/or any other individual within the premises.
-
Members are strictly prohibited from bringing guests, companions, or any unauthorized individuals to the sessions, including but not limited to family members, friends, or acquaintances, unless prior written approval has been granted by Babel. This policy is designed to ensure the safety, privacy, and optimal experience of all participants.
-
Fitness Instructor/Trainer is not responsible for the safety of facilities or equipment whether provided by Member, Fitness Instructor/Trainer, or others.
-
No implied warranties or representations are made other than those expressly contained herein and this document contains all of the terms of the Agreement between the parties
-
The Member agrees not to solicit, engage, or hire the Fitness Instructor/Trainer for private personal training sessions outside of Babel without the prior written approval from Babel. Any breach and/or violation of this clause shall result in the immediate termination of the Member's contract without any refunds, and the Member may be liable for damages.

The Fitness Instructor/Trainer shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, or damage to the Member arising from participation in any personal training session, except where such injury, illness, or damage is directly attributable to gross negligence or wilful misconduct on the part of the Fitness Instructor/Trainer. The Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Fitness Instructor/Trainer and Babel from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Member's participation in personal training sessions.
III. HOUSE RULES
1) GROUP CLASSES

All group classes must be booked in advance through the designated Babel app
-
Members are required to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of their class. The doors to the class will be locked 5 minutes after the class begins, and latecomers will not be allowed entry to avoid disrupting the session.
-
All bookings are non-refundable. Late cancellations will be considered a no-show and any fees paid will be forfeited.
2) BABEL SOCIALS
-
Babel Socials are included as part of the membership perks for all members.
-
Certain events may require additional payments, which will be communicated in advance via the proper channels.
-
Members who fail to provide a cancellation notice at least 3 hours before a scheduled event will incur a ban from booking Babel Socials for the next three (3) events.
3) CHANGING ROOMS
-
Unless and otherwise mentioned in this T&C herein, lockers are provided for daily use only, except for members who have been allocated designated lockers upon purchasing specified packages (refer to membership and personal training packages)
-
Members are expected to maintain proper hygiene and follow sauna rules, including using a towel and keeping noise levels to a minimum.
-
Filming or photography in the changing room area is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate termination of membership.
4) GYM FLOOR & FACILITY
-
Members must re-rack weights after use and handle any used gym equipment responsibly. Should there be any faulty equipment discovered, Members may report such faulty equipment to the Management or to the Customer Relations Officer on duty.
-
Upon use of gym equipment, Members are expected to sanitize the equipment for the use of other members and to maintain the hygiene of the facilities.
-
Members must adhere to all posted signages and wear appropriate workout attire.
-
The management reserves the right to deny entry if attire is deemed inappropriate.
-
Members should be respectful of others by not hogging machines or occupying spaces unnecessarily.
-
Filming or photographing other members without their consent is strictly prohibited.
-
No food is allowed on the gym floor or in workout areas. Food may only be consumed in the lounge or café area.
5) SWIMMING POOL
-
Members must wear appropriate swimwear at all times while using the pool.
-
Floatation devices (e.g., floaties), toys, water guns, or any similar items are not permissible in the pool area.
6) TOWEL SERVICES
-
Face towels can be collected at the designated towel counter at the front desk upon entry, whereas shower towels are provided in each respective male and female locker rooms.
-
Members who fail to return any towels will be charged a replacement fee.
7) CLUB ACCESS
-
Members may access the gym facilities within operating hours only.
-
Children below the age of 16 are not allowed on the gym floors except in the lounge areas.
-
Members must check in at the front desk upon entry. The Club shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or incidents occurring within its premises.
8) SMOKING OR VAPING
-
Smoking or vaping within the Club premises is strictly prohibited. Violation of this may result in the immediate termination of membership at the discretion of the Club management.
IV. DAY PASS | NON-MEMBERSHIP PASSES (DANCE & REFORMER) PASS
1) DAYPASS
-
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms & Conditions, a Day Pass holder is granted exclusive and unlimited access to the facilities at the specified outlet within Babel's premises for the duration of the stated day. This includes access to the gymnasium, swimming pool (if available), restrooms and any amenities open to in-club members and participation in scheduled classes, subject to availability. Irrespective of the aforementioned above, access of facilities is subject to their availability, operational status, and safety, and may be restricted or denied at Babel’s sole discretion if the equipment or facilities are undergoing maintenance, deemed unsafe for use, or if access would compromise the safety, functionality, or operational integrity of the premises. The Day Pass is valid only for the specified day and expires at the end of Babel’s operational hours on that day.

The Day Pass is only valid for one (1) individual and is non-assignable, non-refundable and non-transferable once it has been assigned to the individual.
-
The Day Pass holder will be subjected to all of Babel’s rules and the T&C stipulated herein and the Management reserves the right to refuse entry and terminate the validity of the pass immediately if the holder was discovered to violate any of the said rules.
-
The Day Pass holder can book classes either over-the-counter at specified outlet's reception or call the front desk in advance. Bookings for classes will be open three (3) days in advance and he or she can check the schedule at www.babel.fit/schedule. Spaces are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

In the event of any changes to the scheduled time, venue, instructor, or type of workout for a class due to unforeseen circumstances, Babel will make reasonable efforts to notify affected members in advance through available communication channels, such as email, mobile application notifications, or on-site announcements. However, members are strongly encouraged to check the most up-to-date class schedule prior to visiting the gym, as Babel cannot guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of updates under all circumstances. Babel shall not be held liable for any inconvenience, disruption, or loss arising from such changes, including but not limited to missed sessions, altered plans, or dissatisfaction with substitute arrangements, except where required by applicable law.

The Day Pass holder is not entitled to membership perks e.g. Babel Perks with partnered brands and retail and food and beverages discounts.
-
The Management reserves the right to refuse any sale of Day Pass for any reason whatsoever.
-
Refunds - Day Pass sold is NOT refundable for any reason whatsoever and is not available for resale.
2) NON-MEMBERSHIP PASS
-
Non-Members may purchase a Non-Membership Pass to access selected Babel services (“Non-Membership Pass”). The Day Pass grants access to selected products and services, including Babel Dance classes and Reformer Pilates sessions at Tone Boutique Studio. Day Pass holders may pay per class and are not entitled to membership perks or benefits unless otherwise stated.

For the avoidance of doubt, Non-Membership Pass holders are entitled to selected facilities including the locker rooms, showers, and toilets as part of their pass benefits.
-
Non-Membership Pass holders are only entitled to book for one (1) class, at the specified outlet and will expire by the end of the specified day.
-
Non-Membership Pass holders can book the class either over-the-counter at specified outlet's reception or call the front desk in advance. Bookings for classes will be open three (3) days in advance and he or she can check the schedule at www.babel.fit/schedule. Spaces are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
-
The Non-Membership Pass is only valid for one (1) individual and is non-assignable, non-refundable and non-transferable once it has been assigned to him or her.
-
The Non-Membership Pass holder will be subjected to any and all of Babel's rules and the T&C outlined herein and the Management reserves the right to refuse entry and terminate the validity of the pass immediately if the holder was found not observing the said rules.
-
In the uncommon event of overbooking, where a spot has been reserved for the Non-Membership Pass holder but cannot be accommodated due to capacity limitations, the holder will be offered an alternative date for the same class with the same instructor.
-
Babel will attempt to inform the affected Non-Membership Pass holder in advance of any changes to the timing, venue, instructor, or workout type due to unforeseen circumstances. While Babel endeavors to minimize disruptions, it is highly recommended that the Non-Membership Pass holder verifies schedules before arriving at the gym. Babel shall not be held liable for inconvenience, loss, or dissatisfaction arising from such changes.

The Non-Membership Pass holder is not entitled to membership perks e.g. Babel Perks with partnered brands and retail and food and beverages discounts..

The Management also reserves the right to refuse any sale of Non-Membership Passes for any reason whatsoever.
-
Non-Membership Passes sold are NOT refundable for any reason whatsoever and are not available for resale.
V. BABEL ACADEMY
-
Any individual or body (collectively known as “Client”) who is interested in registering for the programmes, training, courses, workshops, events or other activities organised under the brand Babel Academy (collectively known as "Workshops") will be subjected to the following terms and conditions.
-
Registration constitutes a request by the Client to apply for and attend a specific Workshop, however, such request shall not result in a Workshop booking/reservation unless and until full payment has been received and successfully processed and verified.
-
The Management reserves the right to reject any application for the Workshops for any reason whatsoever.
-
The Workshop fee, unless stated, covers the provision of Workshop material and documentation, if any.
-
In the event that the Workshop is completed within the allocated time period thereby resulting in an early finish, no adjustment to the fee may be requested and in no such case will Babel grant a refund.
-
By registering and paying for Workshops where Babel is a distributor, administrator, agent, partner or any other representative capacity for a third party, the Client hereby agrees to the terms and conditions set forth by the said third party.
-
Babel assumes no responsibility or liability for the content, quality, delivery, certification, or outcomes of such workshops, which remain solely under the purview of the third party. Any disputes, claims, or issues related to the Workshop must be directed to the third-party provider, as Babel’s role is strictly limited to facilitation or administration.
-
For Workshops that provide certification by a third party, Babel will not be responsible and liable for the said certification. Any disputes or requests regarding the certification shall be directed to the third party by the Client.
-
Refunds and Cancellation - The Client may cancel their registration for any Workshop by providing a minimum of fifteen (15) business days’ written notice. While cancellation will release the Client's reserved spot, no refunds of any payments made shall be granted under any circumstances, regardless of the timing of the cancellation. If the Client provides less than the required notice, the full Workshop fee will remain chargeable and payable in full.

Babel reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to cancel, reschedule, or rearrange the date of any workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, operational requirements, or insufficient enrollment. In the event of cancellation or if the Client is unable to attend the rescheduled workshop date, Babel will issue a full refund of the fees paid for the affected workshop. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation or notification of non-attendance.

Babel shall not be held liable for any indirect costs or damages incurred by the Client as a result of cancellation or rescheduling, including but not limited to travel expenses, accommodation, or loss of income. By registering for a workshop, the Client acknowledges and agrees that Babel's liability is strictly limited to the refund of the workshop fee.
-
Client is responsible for advance notification to Babel of any special requirements or physical issues he or she may face in partaking in any of the Workshops. Babel will endeavour to accommodate such notified needs if it is considered both reasonable and practical to do so.
-
In exceptional circumstances where the maximum class capacity is exceeded, resulting in the Client being unable to attend a reserved class, Babel will offer the Client one of the following options: (i) A refund of the amount paid for the specific class; or (ii) The option to convert the amount into credits that can be applied toward any other Babel products or services.
-
Babel shall not be held liable for any additional costs, inconvenience, or damages arising from such overbooking. Refunds or credits must be requested within 14 business days of the scheduled class date, and credits issued will be subject to an expiration period as determined by Babel.
-
Babel reserves the right to exclude any Client from any workshop due to disorderly conduct or failure to adhere to Babel’s rules. The relevant fee shall remain chargeable to the Client in such circumstances and not refundable, if paid.
-
Babel may photograph or film the workshops of which the Client may be in it for marketing purposes. These images may be used on Babel’s website, Babel App, social media or any other marketing materials.
-
The copyright in and all other intellectual property (IP) rights relating to the workshop, data and documentation employed by Babel and any related materials provided to are owned exclusively by and hereby reserved to Babel and/or its party licensors. Babel hereby grants to the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable licence to use such materials solely for the purpose of receiving the workshop. Under no circumstances may any part of the materials be produced or copied in any form or by any means or translated into another language by the Client.

The workshop and any materials provided are not intended to be a definitive or comprehensive analysis of the subject and should not be deemed to constitute a substitute for professional advice.
-
Babel reserves the right to amend the content of any workshop without prior notice when, in the opinion of Babel, such amendment does not fundamentally change the content of such workshop.
VI. CORPORATE PARTNERSHIPS
-
In addition to the terms and conditions stated in this document, the packages provided will be subjected to terms agreed in writing between both Babel and the corporation over a period of time.
VII. GENERAL
1) PERSONAL FITNESS DECLARATION
-
Before participating in any fitness activities, exercise programs, or using the Club’s facilities, it is strongly advised that you obtain medical clearance from a qualified healthcare professional, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, such as cardiovascular diseases, respiratory conditions, musculoskeletal injuries or disorders, neurological conditions, metabolic conditions, or any other health concerns that may affect your ability to safely engage in exercise.

This recommendation also applies if you are pregnant, have recently given birth, have undergone recent surgery or medical treatment, are over the age of 40 and have not engaged in regular exercise for an extended period, or if you are unsure about your physical capability to participate in fitness activities.
-
You are required to comply with all Club rules, safety instructions, and warning notices displayed on the premises, and to use equipment and facilities responsibly to ensure your safety and the safety of others. If you experience any discomfort, pain, dizziness, or other adverse symptoms while using the facilities or participating in any activity, you must immediately cease the activity and inform Club staff.

Please note that the Club does not provide medical assessments, advice, or services, and assumes no responsibility for the medical needs or physical conditions of its members.
-
Participation in any fitness program or use of the Club’s facilities is entirely at your own risk, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that you are physically fit and capable of engaging in such activities.
2) LIMITATION OF LIABILIT
-
By attending classes, events, activities, using training facilities and equipment, you hereby acknowledge on behalf of yourself, your heirs, personal representatives and/or assigns, to assume all inherent risks associated with physical activity, including but not limited to, the risk of personal injury, property damage, and equipment malfunction. You acknowledge that you have voluntarily chosen to participate in intense physical activity. You hereby agree to assume full responsibility for yourself and all injuries or damage, which are sustained or aggravated by you in relation to the use of equipment and/or our training facilities, and agree to release, indemnify, and hold Babel harmless from any claims, including those brought by your heirs or personal representatives, arising from your participation, except where prohibited by law.

Babel accepts no responsibility for loss or damage on members' or their guests' properties or for death or injuries sustained while on the premises. Members and their guests agree that no claims will be made against Babel, the Management or staff for any reason whatsoever.

Babel, its associated companies, employees or agents shall not be responsible for any claims, demands, injuries, damages or actions for negligence arising on account of death or due to injury, loss, damage or theft to a member's person or property arising out of or in connection with the use by a member of any of the services and facilities on the premises of Babel. The member hereby holds Babel, its associated companies, employees and agents harmless from all claims which may be brought against them by or on a member's behalf for any such injuries or claims aforesaid. Any guest of a member or a temporary visitor to the Club shall agree to abide by the Club rules and the same limitation of liabilities for a member shall apply. All prices quoted here are subject to taxes.
VIII. PAYMENT TERMS AND BILLING
1) PAY MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS
For Pay Monthly memberships, the membership fee and any other charges incurred in connection with the service (e.g., taxes, transaction fees) will be billed monthly to the Payment Method provided by the Member on the calendar day corresponding to the start of the membership (“Billing Date”). In some cases, the payment date may change (e.g., if it aligns with the Member’s first visit).
2) PREPAID MEMBERSHIPS (3, 6, OR 12 MONTHS)
For prepaid memberships, the membership will automatically convert to a Pay Monthly membership at the end of the billing cycle. Members who wish to terminate their prepaid membership (e.g., 6 or 12 months) must notify Babel via email at hello@babel.fit at least seven (7) days prior to the next billing date.
3) CORPORATE PACKAGES
Corporate package validity is subject to the requirements set forth by Babel and the corporate client. Babel reserves the right to revert the membership to standard pricing if corporate eligibility requirements are no longer met (e.g., the Member is no longer employed by the corporate client or the corporate client fails to meet the agreed minimum number of accounts). For Pay Monthly corporate memberships with fixed 6- or 12-month contracts, early termination requires settlement of all outstanding payments and the remaining membership fees for the contract period.
4) PAYMENT METHODS
Members must provide a valid Payment Method (e.g., debit or credit card). By adding a Payment Method, the Member authorizes Babel to charge the applicable fees. If the primary Payment Method fails, Babel reserves the right to charge any other Payment Method associated with the Member’s account. Members are responsible for ensuring all payments are successfully collected.
5) PRICE CHANGES AND PLAN MODIFICATIONS
Babel reserves the right to modify membership plans and pricing. Any changes will take effect no earlier than thirty (30) days following written notice to Members.
IX. MISCELLANEOUS

Soliciting and selling memberships, private personal training sessions, merchandises or retail products to any member are prohibited and shall result in immediate termination of a member concerned without refund.
-
Failure by the Management to enforce any of the their respective rights at any time for any period shall not be construed as a waiver of such rights.

The Management reserves the right to use any individual or group photographs of members and/or guests for press or promotional purpose.

Any guests or members are not allowed to photograph or copy any club interior designs, promotional materials, tag lines or theme.

All members must abide by the rules of Babel which may be amended, varied, deleted and added from time to time at the Management's discretion.

Babel reserves the right to proceed with legal action to any member caught distributing, sharing or supplying such contents to any third party vendor or competitor.

These Rules shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysia.

Babel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to Members via the official website or other appropriate channels and will take effect immediately unless stated otherwise.

All Members are expected to adhere to the Club’s rules and regulations, which are displayed on-site and updated periodically. Violations of these rules, including inappropriate behavior, misuse of equipment, or failure to comply with staff instructions, may result in suspension or termination of membership.
